1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using River Visual (https://rivervisual.app and https://studio.rivervisual.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licensing

  • Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership of all 2D designs, media, textures, and finished video/image renders created using River Visual.
  • Commercial Use: Exports rendered with River Visual (both Free and Pro tiers) can be used for commercial projects, portfolios, client presentations, social media, and advertising.
  • Platform Assets: The 3D models, shaders, HDRI lighting environments, and code engine are the intellectual property of River Visual. You may not extract raw 3D mesh assets for standalone resale or redistribution.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use River Visual to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempts to compromise our Cloudflare edge infrastructure.
  • Engage in unauthorized automated scraping or reverse engineering of the 3D rendering pipeline.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Paid subscriptions (Pro / All Access) provide enhanced features including exclusive 3D catalog models, full scene presets, and 4K 60FPS video rendering. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

River Visual is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. In no event shall River Visual be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
