  • Account Information: When you register or sign in using Email or Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, profile picture (avatar), and a unique authentication identifier.
  • Project & Asset Data: User-created scenes, custom 3D models, uploaded textures, and preset configurations saved in your account.
  • Technical & Telemetry Data: Browser type, operating system, and performance metrics required for hardware-accelerated WebGL 3D rendering.

3. Google User Data & OAuth Compliance

Google OAuth Limited Use Disclosure:
River Visual's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We request only basic profile information (email, name, profile image) solely to authenticate you into the River Visual platform.
  • We do not sell, transfer, or distribute your Google user data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, data brokers, or training generalized AI models.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information to:

  • Authenticate your account and manage subscription access tiers (Free, Pro, Super Admin).
  • Save, sync, and render your 3D scenes and mockup exports.
  • Monitor service reliability, prevent abuse, and optimize rendering performance.
  • Send transactional updates such as password reset requests or billing notices.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS). Authentication is managed via Google Firebase Authentication with decentralized edge storage on Cloudflare D1 and R2.
